The Tree of Friends Foundation (ToFF) talked with several vendors regarding the redesign of our website before contracting with Kelly Heck. Kelly was undoubtedly the most personable and helpful, even on that early phone consultation. Before we ever met or even had a signed contract, Kelly was giving us guidance on what to ask and consider during the selection process. We felt like we had a great game plan just from that consult.
Since the members of ToFF are all volunteers, our website build required a day out of the office for those involved. The Website Development Day (a single day where we walked in with a plan and walked out with a beautiful new website) was the perfect option for us. Kelly not only helped us create a very professional website, perfectly meeting our needs, but also provided solid recommendations throughout the build to further enhance our site.
The entire day could have been draining and exhausting, but Kelly made it fun and we left rejuvenated with a renewed sense of purpose. She really got to know our organization which is reflected in our new site. She also ensured that we had all of the tools to maintain our new site and reiterated that she’s only a phone call or email away.
