My website was long-due for an overhaul. I did not want to look like very other photographer’s light and airy, feminine style (though those are lovely, not gonna lie!). Instead, I wanted something that looked more elite but also commercial. Also important was to have a fun way to feature a lot of content… more than just my photographic work… but my interests, my life, and educational topics that would get my audience excited about their next photo shoots.
I revamped my website a good 5+ years ago, and I went over the top with the design and layout. I received compliments constantly about how cool the website looked. But after a year or so, I realized looking cool was not as important as ease of use and functionality. So I redesigned AGAIN! And I settled on this clean, bright, simple design.
